Hi All,
Sorry if I use the name of a previous threat in the forum.
I´m trying to install TGICL on my Mac running with mac os x lion, however I get an error when running the command: tgicl
This is the error:
Use of :locked is deprecated at /Users/juane/TGICL-2.1/bin/TGI/DBDrv.pm line 36.
Error: cannot find input file ''
In the previous thread the same problem was reported and sklages suggested to comment the line DB_FILE = out and the problem would be fixed.
I´ve tried the solution append a "#" before DB_FILE ("#DB_FILE...") but I get the same error. I´ve also tried specifying the name of the DB with my fasta file but it didn´t work.
Any suggestion??
