Implementation of IGV or IGB tool on web page.

Hi all
I have aligned short reads on the refernce genomes and these are analysed by the IGV and IGB tools as standalone versions. But I want to implement these tools on my web page so that any user can give input raw reads and these tools give user the result what is expected.
Suggestions in this regard are welcomed.

As you already know, IGB and IGV are mainly Genome data viewers and will display data that is pre-aligned to a reference.

You are going to have to do the alignments if users are going to provide raw data reads. This is not going to be a trivial task unless you are expecting files with a small number of reads.
