Hi
Working our way thru the cuffdiff output and see that when one condition has 0 counts cuffdiff must utilize a fudge factor and reports a value of -1.79769e+308.
In most cases where the other condition has low counts (< 1) this is easy to deal with, but are there cases when the other condition has modest counts (> 5) could this be a problem?
