    Help with CVtree??

    I am getting this error message when I upload a file

    CVTree get files' type by file(linux command), Check your file type please. Make sure your file can be recognised as 'ASCII' or 'text' by file(linux command))

    The files were .fas, and I just changed to extension to .faa
    That worked for me before, but now the same files aren't working.
    Can anyone help?? this is driving me insane

    Data variability is still an issue in sequencing technologies despite the advances in reproducibility and accuracy of these platforms. But the problem does not originate in the sequencing itself, but in the previous steps, before the sample reaches the sequencer.

    The first step is collection, followed by preservation and sample preparation for analysis. Most scientists overlook those steps, but not being careful might just be skewing the experiment’s results.
