Does cufflink provide the variance of gene/transcript expression?

Dear all

I use the cufflink to calculate the expression of genes/transcripts-level. From the output files, I can obtain the FPKM values, but I don't find the variance of each gene/transcript.
In our downstream analysis, I need use the variance of gene/transcript, so I have some problems:
1) Does cufflink provide variance of gene/transcript expression?
2) If provide, how to obtain the variance by setting cufflink's option?
3) If not provide, how to calculate the variance by myself.
