I have a list of tumor vs normal variants. Is VAAST suitable for downstream analysis for a polygenic disease like cancer or is it only meant for monogenic diseases? I am asking this question because I was just going over their quick start guide and in the parameter "inheritance model", only dominant and recessive are described.
