tophat --no-coverage-search option

Hi there,

I am running tophat on a RNA-seq data set containg PE 50-bp reads from Illumina HiSeq. The number of reads for each sample is about 85 million. I got a warning "couldn't remove all temporary files in ../tmp". I am using tophat2 version 2.0.4. But I did not get such warning using previous tophat versions, and files in ./tmp will be all cleared. Any suggestions?
