question about use of Mev to generate a fig.

I found a paper @ http://genome.cshlp.org/content/21/8/1313.full#fn-1
and have a question about Fig 3B it is mentioned that the said fig from Chip-seq data was created using Mev tools /TM4 tools (http://www.tm4.org/) I looked for each tool but could not find how one can get the Fig3B and what data matrix has beed used.

Could any one help me in understanding this. I am still waiting for a reponse from authors but want to check if someone may have used TM4 tools to generate such figure.
