hello
recently I have a snp results as follow:
chr6 4152857 T A,C 51.8 DP=14 VDB=0.0445 AF1=0.6243 AC1=1 DP4=1,0,2,10 MQ=52 FQ=-23 PV4=0.23,0.047,1,0.2 GT: PL: GQ 0/1:106,25,29,70,0,88:7
It seems there are two alleles list in ALT.the genotype is 0/1,which means that this site mayge homo ;yet the PL (106,25,29,70,0,88) shows among the six possible genotypes (TT,TA,AA,TC,AC,CC) ,the here "AC" is the most possible genotype ;
if i did not mistake anything ,this result seems Unreasonable.
if i mistake something, Hope someone can help me .
