Hi all, I was using a web-based program called "full lengther" to identify which ESTs in the three libraries I have can be considered full length ESTs. I ran one successfully, but now the server appears to be down or something. Does anyone know of an alternative program I could use to identify full length ESTs? I need them to assemble training files. Any help you could give is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
