I have previously used Maq without any issues, but took some time away from NGS analysis. I have some new data to analyze, but am running into this error:
$ ./maq map ~/Documents/Test/Mocktest1.map ~/Documents/Test/genome.bfa ~/Documents/Test/Mock_B_tiny1.bfq
Segmentation fault: 11
This occurs with both files I have successfully mapped before as well as my new data. I've recently updated my OS to Mac 10.8.2. I've installed Xcode and updated it recently. I've tried to re-install Maq but still get the same error.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
