    GFF to introns,

    Hello everyone,
    I am trying to get intron sequences using gff3 file (from www.phytozome.net) which have coordinates for mRNA, exon, CDS and UTR's. There is no positions for introns. Can you please suggest any tool or script to get intron sequences.

      hello laval and community. I am also trying to figure out how to detect introns in sequences from phytozome. did you ever figure out an answer to this question? thanks!
