    Incorrect exonFrames?

    Hi,

    I'm trying to understand "exonFrames" field in UCSC "refGene.txt".
    I found that several entries are different from what I understand.

    For example,

    1306 NM_001130080 chr14 + 94577078 94583033 94578028 94582864 5 94577078,94577970,94581196,94582130,94582778, 94577143,94578119,94581226,94582279,94583033, 0 IFI27 cmpl cmpl -1,0,1,2,1,

    According to the line above, exonFrames is "-1,0,1,2,1".
    However, it should be "-1,0,1,1,0" when I calculated the value.

    Is there anyone who can explain this difference?

    Please let me know.
