downloading human conservation scores for genomeGraphs

I have been using genomeGraphs in R and would like to analyze/visualize conservation scores for certain human genomic regions. In the vignette, phastCons scores are used for yeast, where the relevant script is

conserv <- yeastCons1[yeastCons1[,1] > minB & yeastCons1[,1] < maxB, ]

I am looking at human genomic data and am not sure which file to download from here. As these are large files, it would be very helpful is someone could point me in the right direction.
