BRIG Blast Ring Image Generator-GC Skew?

Hi all,

I want to know how BRIG calculates GC Skew. I have read that GC Skew can be calculated by (G-C)/(G+C) or (C-G)/(G+C). Does somebody know about this?

Looking at the source code shows this:

double skew = (double) cMinusG / (double) cPlusG;

Which means it is (probably) using (C-G)/(C+G).
