  • how to move the repeat sequence after blastdbcmd command

    Hi, every one!
    I am a student from China, and recently I am working on the local blast somthing in the DOS system. There are the two commands I used as fellow. I want to know how could I remove the same sequence? Thanks!!!

    blastp.exe -task blastp -query 51protein_sequence.fasta -db Gmax_189—_protein_primaryTranscriptOnly.fasta -evalue 1e-005 -out test.txt -outfmt "6 sallacc"

    blastdbcmd -entry_batch mydate.txt -db Gmax_189_protein_primaryTranscriptOnly.fasta -out 1.txt -outfmt "%f"
