old release of mature miRNAs on miRBase (containing info abt dominant mature miR )
Data( latest release 20) on miRBase didn't tell which strain is the dominant one, it reports the sequence of both 3 prime and 5 prime miR. It contains 238 precusor miRNAs for Drosophila melanogaster.
However, i need to know the dominant miRNA for Targetscan. seems like that the previous release contains the information of dominant miRNAs. I have got a very old release here(2008), which only contains 147 miRNAs for Drosophila melanogaster. Does anyone have a release containing 238 (or close to 238) miRNAs which tell the dominant strain of precursor miRNAs after splicing?
