    Only thing I know is that the last column is referenced to the file 'organism_map'. In this case;

    382680 uncultured bacterium 77133

    The number 77133 is a taxonomy number, which you can search at the NCBI site:

      I do not find the informations about annotations in md5 files ... in md5_map_rna, md5_map, md5_protein_map .... it is no trivial to guess what does it mean each column.

      Do LSU/SSU among md5 source options represent SILVA informations sources ?

      a last question is what is the word_size that you have been choose in blastn
