    Celera gatekeeper error

    Hello,

    I'm running the Celera assembler with Illumina paired-end, mate-pair, and PacBio libraries. I got the following cryptic error from the gatekeeper for the Illumina paired-end data:

    gatekeeper: AS_UTL_fileIO.C:278: off_t AS_UTL_ftell(FILE*): Assertion `(*__errno_location ()) == 0' failed.

    Anyone know what this could mean?

    These data are straight from an Illumina Hiseq but wrapped as frg with fastqToCA.
