    gene file known variants update

    Hello,

    Is there a command that can access a specific website, login, load a specified text file, and update it to with known mutations?

    So, it the text file has 70 genes in it, each gene is queried for known variants.

    Currently we do this manual with HDMD every 3 months, but our gene panels are increasing in size. Thank you.
