    Problem in Heatmap generation

    Hi All,
    I am trying to generate heatmap using heatmap.2 of stage specific gene expression data. I am using default clustering in heatmap.2. My generated heatmap not clutered the rows of same (near same) color. I can see the stage specific genes but they are not clustered together. Is there any way I can clustered the rows together ? Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

    There is an option 'scale'. Use scale='none' option.
