    ANNOVAR Preparing Input

    Hello. thank you in advance

    I am preparing an input of a file that is VCF version 4 input for ANNOVAR. and I am reading through the manual and prepared the file using convert2annovar.pl and it produced VCF.avinput file.

    From the examples from the User Start Guide, I see that the input file has a different file format with different information in comparison to the .avinput.

    So I am just inquiring if after running the convert2annovar.pl, and having the .avinput file, if this is the correct file format.
