    Hi everyone

    I am trying to import my file.sam into Seqmonk and at the end I get this "Couldn't extract a valid name from chromosome" where chromosome is the name I gave my chromosome.

    The name in the genome folder is the same as in the sam file. I'm not sure what this error is about. I tried creating an alias.txt file but still get this error.

    Anyone know how to work around this?
