How to download genes with specific functions?

Hey,

I want to download genes related to a specific function from Human and Drosophila. It would be great if someone could provide me user friendly tool or packages name. I found Amigo from GO dataset do it at certain point but I am not sure if it is giving me the total no genes of that particular function.

You can parse the genes you are interested in from the full file.
