I'm trying to make a circular genome plot for serratia using BRIG. I have the assembly (assembly.fasta) and a reference (ww4.fasta).
When I run BRIG, only 1 ring appears even though I made it specific that 2 rings should be shown, which should be the assembly and ww4.
Why isn't this working? I am getting very frustrated because I have tried tinkering with all the options and still I can only get one ring to show up.
Also, the map looks nothing like the examples, which are bold and meaty. Mine looks wimpy.
