Hi guys
I'm trying to annotate some contigs with artemis
I have imported the fasta file of my contig and a gff file (from prodigal) to annotate all the ORFs.
The problem is all the CDS imported, are without names and I have to associate with the number of my ORF or much better with the name of the respective gene.
Is there a way to change the name of all the CDS togheter?
Thank you
