    Compile SOAPdenovo 2 with Kmer greater than 127

    Hi everyone,
    I need to use Kmer values greater than 127 with SOAPdenovo 2, and I don't find how to compile the source files, given (for example) 250 as the highest Kmer...
    Any idea ?
    I'm using MacOsX, therefore I downloaded the mac version found on SourceForge, but it didn't want to compile, even using the simple command "make" :-(
