    antimicrobial resistance frequencies database

    Hi there,



    does anyone know where I can download a parseable database which contains antibiotic resistance frequencies?

    I found this database http://arpcard.mcmaster.ca/ , but this only gives me the sequences and not the frequency they occur in the clinic. Any idea how to get hands on such data?
