help to create heat map

hai guys. i have poor knowledge about ngs. my guide give some data to produce heatmap for gene expression data.
i have fpkm value of 4 sample and 2 control. now i need to know how to create heatmap chart using that data.

if you don't, you could use CLC genomics workbench, but it has a commercial license.
