Hi everybody,
I received variant data, which were annotated with Annovar (version 2013). If I see it correctly, the SIFT score is classified as deleterious for values >=0.95. But on the hompage of Annovar (http://annovar.openbioinformatics.or...-guide/filter/) they mention that sift<=0.05 is deleterious. I think this was also the threshold for even older Annovar versions. Has somebody an idea, where I can find the correct thresholds and if in this version variants with the higher or lower value are more likely to be deleterious? Was there any change regaring the thresholds?
Best,
Robby
