I have had problems with the qvalue package in the past, too.

It seems that the package has some tcl/tk dependencies.

I try to install qvalue package in R.


In install.packages(pkgs = pkgs, lib = lib, repos = repos, ...) :
installation of package ‘qvalue’ had non-zero exit status



Anyone know what's wrong with me?
