Unigenes Families

Hi,

I have set of data of Solanum lycopersicum Unique unigenes that I donwloaded from ftp://ftp.ncbi.nih.gov/repository/UniGene/

I would like to order theses unigenes in basis of the families of protein that they code.

Each sequence have varios ID and codes. for example, this is the id of 2 Similar families of unigenes:

>gnl|UG|Les#S6688419 Lycopersicon esculentum mRNA for putative phosphatase (psi14B gene) /cds=p(25,834) /gb=AJ459816 /gi=26986117 /ug=Les.2672 /len=1103v
