    Bovine HD SNP chip - data filtration

    Hi,
    Got the final report of Bovine HD SNP chip results from illumina. Also got thee .ped and .map files.
    Its having the genotyping results of the SNPs present in all the autosomes as well as the sex chromosomes. For some of the SNPs the chromosome is not assigned and has been written as 0.
    Now, I need to filter the data that contains the genotyping results of the SNPs present only in the chromosomes 1 to 29.
    Kindly let me know how to do it.
