    Bowtie2 : bowtie-align missing

    Hi everyone.

    I have installed the last version of bowtie2 (v2.2.8), and when I try to use it, I have the following message :

    (ERR): Expected bowtie2 to be in same directory with bowtie2-align:
    /programs/bowtie/bowtie2-2.2.8/
    Exiting now ...

    In the folder of bowtie2-2.2.8, there is no file named "bowtie-align" (and neither in the zip package).

    Did someone had the same problem ?
