cNA SOMEONE TELL ME WHAT THE sql CODE FOR THIS IS?
I have tried any command.
sql <- paste ("SELECT DISTINCT ",
"gse.gse, gpl.technology ",
"FROM ",
"gse ",
"JOIN ",
"gpl ON gse.gpl = gpl.gpl ",
"JOIN ",
"gse_gsm ON gse.gse=gse_gsm.gse ",
"JOIN ",
"gds_subset ON gds.gds = gds_subset.gds ",
"WHERE ",
"gds_subset.type LIKE '%time%'", "AND ",
"gpl.technology LIKE '%high-throughput sequencing%'",sep="")
this:
sql <- paste ("SELECT DISTINCT ",
"gse.gse, gpl.technology ",
"FROM ",
"gse ",
"JOIN ",
"gpl ON gse.gpl = gpl.gpl ",
"JOIN ",
"gse_gsm ON gse.gse=gse_gsm.gse ",
"WHERE ",
"gpl.technology LIKE '%high-throughput sequencing%'",sep="")
None of them works.
I hearder that there is no GDS in RNAseq, but if I don't want to bring gds and focus on gse, I can not bring gds_subset.type which indicates time.
Is there any way I can write a sql that brings the number of rnaseq in timeseries.
