  • Getting the number of RNAseq in time series from NCBI

    cNA SOMEONE TELL ME WHAT THE sql CODE FOR THIS IS?

    I have tried any command.

    None of them works.

    I hearder that there is no GDS in RNAseq, but if I don't want to bring gds and focus on gse, I can not bring gds_subset.type which indicates time.

    Is there any way I can write a sql that brings the number of rnaseq in timeseries.
