How to check how Trinity treated the data

Hello. By mistake I assembled paired end with trinity without the "/1" and the "/2" in the reads names. A mate from the lab found the error, we did some assemblies to check and it looks that indeed Trinity treated the data as single end.

The question is: there is a better way to know if trinity treated the data as SE or PE?

Love this - good data definitely starts from good input, and poor input can only give relatively poor data. I particularly like the mention of Nanodrop/absorbance based methods for quantification. It's such a toss up if you'll get an accurate reading or what amounts to a randomly generated number, and a lot of library/sequencing related issues can be traced back to poor quant.
