IDBA-UD Output

Hey guys,

Just want to confirm that the output that people use from IDBA-UD is indeed contig.fa. I know there are many threads on IDBA-UD, but yeah it's not clear.

There's also a scaffold.fa. Not sure to use contig.fa or scaffold.fa.
