Ensembl annotation of Illumina HumanHT-12 v4 Expression BeadChip

Hi,

Does anyone have some experience of annotating probes of HumanHT-12 v4 Expression BeadChip using Ensembl core API.

To avoid XY question, what I really want to do is to update the gene RefSeq information in manifest file of HumanHT-12 v4 Expression BeadChip to Ensembl. Because Ensembl is more comprehensive.
