I build a selected panel of 64 gene on a DesignStudio to evaluate the expression of this specific gene. For data analysis which is the best method to analyzed this data?
the Bioinformatic Analyst use her Pipeline but he found that one sample have 19.9 GB of data and other sample have few data so do not analyzed.
Who and where is the problem?
