Intron retention events with AStalavista

Hello everyone,

I am using AStalavista for detecting splicing events in RNA-seq data of my Arabidopsis mutants. I found differences in intron retention between wild type and mutants.

My question is that how can I only extract intron retention events using AStalavista? and to get gene Ids (in which intron retention occured)?
