my next question related to Falcon assembler is
I am running FALCON with large plant data (~14.11GB)
when i saw the 0-rawreads dialigner(.las) and merge (m_00010) all jobs are successfully completed. And then next i saw the preads with 8 consensus (cns_00024,00031,00034,00041,00103,00117,00117,00119,00181) files while merging file found is total 181(m_00181).
when i saw the c_00024.sh script :- run0-rawreads/m_00024/raw_reads.24.las | fc_consensus --output_multi --min_idt 0.70 --min_cov 4 --max_n_read 200 --n_core 58 >| cns_00024.fasta.
my question is that according to that scripts all the merging jobs are converted into the consesus file.
then how we have 8 cns file instead of 181 files. so question is that the jobs running correctly or not .
for your information so many fc_consensus is still running for more than 10 days
