High throughput sequencing technologies have revolutionized the world and the generation of biological data is growing at an unprecedented rate. Biological data from multi-dimensional information levels like genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, metabolomics and epigenomics are highly inter-connected and when combined can provide meaningful insights. In this webinar, we will focus on the advantages and applications of integrative analysis of multiple omics data. We will discuss the challenges in multi-omics data analysis along with a case study on biomarker discovery.

About Speaker
Dr. Vivek Singh is a Senior Scientist at LABS, Persistent Systems and has huge experience in Bioinformatics and Systems Biology research. Vivek is currently leading the Multi-omics group at Persistent LABS. Vivek has earned his Ph.D. in Bioinformatics from University of Pune, Pune. Prior to joining Persistent Systems, he was with AstraZeneca R&D at Bangalore working on Systems Biology approaches towards drug target prioritization.
