    MA plot

    Hi there!
    I would like to make the following plot from NGS data.

    What is depicted on the x-axis?
    Say I have the fold change of condition1 vs condition2. The "mean expression" would than be the mean of normalized expression counts from one condition or the other, or the mean of all sample counts used for calculating the fold change?
