I have FPKM values for 3 tissues and no biological replicates (this is 2nd hand data) I want to get a rough idea (giving the lack of replicates) of which genes are differentially expressed prior to doing real time quantitative PCR. Is there anything i should be doing other than looking for fold changes above a specified level?
