makeblastdb for hg18 error

[openchromatin]

I am trying to make a blast database from an hg18 fasta file.

Does anybody have experience with this? (or a compiled db?)

I get the following error:

(I am using MacOSX)

makeblastdb -in hg18.fasta -out hg18blastdb -dbtype nucl -max_file_sz 4000000000
