Could you please help me with this question?
When I download a Bam file from 1000 genomes and use samtools view I see I have to
download many times to get the bam file as I expect. I need about 600MB to 1G of a genome.
The first is just 10MB, try the second 30MB.. => at least 4 - 5 times I can get the result.
I use a good server of my uni.
