  • Need to Outsource

    Hi all,

While we at GTAC have increased our capacity, we sometimes have more NGS than we can get done in a timely manner. Would you consider taking on some out-source work? If so could you provide prices on these jobs?

    What instrument do you use?

    Libraries:
    8 whole exome
    96 whole exome
    12 RNA-seq
    96 whole genome

Sequencing per lane (I know the cycle numbers may vary a bit for your facility.
    ~50 single-end
    ~200 paired-end

    Descriptions of analysis and cost.

Feel free to email me if you'd rather not post. Thank you so much for taking the time to do this!!

We don't have any spare capacity this year, but may have some next year. Unfortunately we get rather stung by our Illumina distributors on reagent costs, but I'll send you some pricing information for outsourcing if you are interested. My email is [email protected]
