  • Looking for 454 cores that are running

Are there any 454 cores out there that are up and running? Looking to outsource some work and everyone I've contacted has shut down.

Sure, why not increase our workload some more :-)

You could try, but we sometimes have to turn down non-Norwegian users due to our workload. Email us at [email protected]

At BlueSEQ we have over a dozen service providers running 454 instruments. If you put your project on the exchange, you can compare the bids they provide and pick the one that best suits your needs.

We have a Genomic Analysis and Sequencing Core Facility at Johns Hopkins School of Public Health. We are running both the FLX and GS Junior. We have great experience with amplicon sequencing however, we are able to do any application desired. We have been running Affymetrix arrays for 10 years now and we have expertise in RNA/DNA extraction from limited samples. You can contact me at my email [email protected].
