Dear all,
We planed to used enrichment solution to sequence target genes using PGM. Because of time constraint we would better used amplicon instead of capture to enrich our samples. We have already seen 2 ways that are already available that could fit with our projetc (Ion Torrent AmpliSeq Cancer and Raindance ONCOSeq).
Is anybody already used these technologies ???
Is anybody see other solutions ???
