Quickest way to visualize the SNPs among trait mice.

    Hello guys,

In my previous post I mentioned that I am working with HTS data's of three traits mice to find out my target SNPs using IGV2.0. It helps me a lot. But the problem is it took long time to visualize and sort SNPs one by one. So, I am aspiring the quickest way. IGV 2.0 indeed helps me a lot comparing to the two ways I was following. Since I am dealing with chromosome 1 which comprises almost 3000 thousands genes, it was impossible even to load read data's in TABLET.

So, it will be great indeed, if any of you can help me out of this problem by suggesting me a quickest way for sorting SNPs regardless of number of sample mice traits.

One more thing, I came to know making consensus of genes among the traits could help this sorting. but I dont have any idea how can I make consensus and further.

eagerly looking forward of your kind replies.

    Maruf

16S/ITS Profiling vs. Shotgun Metagenomics: What Changes in Your Workflow?
    by SEQadmin2

NGS has revolutionized clinical microbiology by offering new ways to identify and surveil pathogens without prior knowledge of the target. One popular approach is 16S rRNA and ITS amplicon sequencing, which targets specific microbial markers. But studies are increasingly incorporating shotgun metagenomics, a technique that sequences all DNA from a sample without targeting specific microbial markers. This approach allows more detailed taxonomic classification, detection...

Multiomic Liquid Biopsy: What DNA/RNA Panels Reveal That DNA Alone Can’t
    by SEQadmin2

Tumors contain complex mixtures of cell populations that evolve in response to treatment and host-specific factors. Tissue biopsies provide only static snapshots of a tumor’s state. But what if we could follow that evolution over time using a minimally invasive technique?

Liquid biopsies can detect tumor-derived material circulating in the bloodstream, providing a way to study treatment response, detect emerging resistance, and discover new biomarkers. Circulating
